The estate unites the former Henkell and Dixons Creek vineyards across a remarkable landscape of rolling hills, rocky slopes and fertile creek flats, creating a site of exceptional diversity and character. With 37 individual vineyard blocks, each managed and vinified separately, the wines reflect the unique soils, elevations and aspects that define this cool climate estate. Guided by acclaimed winemaker Martin Siebert, the fruit is handled with a restrained, minimal intervention approach that allows each parcel to express its vineyard origin and seasonal character. A strong commitment to sustainability, biodiversity and regenerative farming underpins every decision in the vineyard.
